Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Identify and connect with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs.
Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up on inquiries effectively.
Property Sales:
Present and promote Alwalaa Oman’s portfolio of properties to potential buyers..
Conduct property tours and highlight key features that align with client requirements.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Oman.
Provide insights to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
