What the work is

Alwalaa represents freehold homes in 8 of Oman’s designated developments — 61 of them at the moment, from OMR 44,363 to OMR 2,102,856. Most of what we sell is off-plan, which means the job is largely explaining payment schedules, delivery dates and what a drawing will and will not become. Buyers come from inside Oman and from abroad, and a good number of them are also asking about residency eligibility, which is a question with a careful answer.
